Diamond Legend, operated by Terry Pugh, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Payments for Diamond Legend are processed by Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record for eligible transactions and handles refunds on our behalf. To request a refund:

  1. Sign in and open your Account page.
  2. Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe billing portal.
  3. Find the transaction you would like refunded and request a refund, or contact us via the in-app feedback widget and we will help route your request.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Refunds for renewal charges follow the same 30-day window from the renewal date.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit typically appears within 5–10 business days.
