Community Guidelines

Diamond Legend leagues include player-to-player chat. Chat is written by other players, not by us. These rules are part of our Terms of Service and apply everywhere players can post: league rooms, game trash talk and draft rooms.

Not allowed

• Harassment, bullying, stalking or targeting another player
• Hate speech, slurs, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or nationality
• Sexual, adult or graphically violent content
• Threats of violence, intimidation, or encouraging self-harm
• Sharing anyone's personal information, including your own contact details
• Spam, scams, advertising, links to malware, or off-platform solicitation
• Cheating, collusion, account sharing or exploiting bugs
• Impersonating another player, a commissioner or Diamond Legend staff
• Anything illegal where you or the recipient lives

Tools every player has

• Report — every chat message has a report control, and you can report a player directly. Reports go to a moderation queue reviewed by our team.
• Block — blocking a player hides all of their messages from you immediately, in every league.
• Leave — you can leave a league at any time, and delete your account entirely from Account.

How we moderate

• Chat has automatic length, rate and content limits at the point of posting.
• Reported content enters a moderation queue. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.
• Moderators can remove messages and suspend or permanently ban a player's chat access. Severe violations are removed on the first offence.
• League commissioners can hand inactive or removed franchises to the CPU.

To report something urgent, appeal a moderation decision, or reach a human, use the contact page. Include the league name and, where possible, the time the message was posted.

We may update these guidelines. Material changes require players to accept the new version before chatting again.
