The deep front-office systems that power Diamond Legend.

Diamond Legend is a single-player baseball franchise simulator built around one idea: that depth is the point, not a feature list. You are the owner and general manager of a 132-player organization spread across four affiliate clubs, and you have twenty-five in-game seasons to turn a struggling club into a dynasty.

The systems below are not independent modules — they are deliberately entangled, which is what makes front-office decisions difficult in an interesting way. Your farm system feeds your trade leverage. Your trade leverage is constrained by your payroll. Your payroll is funded by stadium revenue and attendance, which depend on winning. Your coaching budget competes with none of it, because it comes from a separate operations pool, so an unspent coaching budget is simply wasted money.

Each page below explains one system in practical terms: what it actually does in the simulation, what the common mistakes are, and how it connects to everything else.
